Eyden Assurance PAC

Background

Eyden Assurance PAC is a Public Accounting Corporation (“PAC”) which was registered with ACRA in 2020 to provide auditing and accounting services. The PAC was formed by Ms. Lily Chua, who was a former senior manager with Ernst & Young LLP. The PAC currently has a team strength of 8 who are equipped with the relevant skills and knowledge to conduct the audit in an efficient and effective manner.

Profile

Lily has more than 15 years of auditing experience. She has served a variety of multinationals, public and private companies and statutory boards in a diversified range of industries. These include defence and electronic systems, shipping, construction, transportation, aerospace, manufacturing and retail.

She has been extensively involved in consolidation of large group of companies and initial public offerings. She is also experienced in coordinating multi-location audits and is conversant with the application of International and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and memberships

Lily graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree. She is currently a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
